About Liz
Liz moved to San Diego from Oregon in 1957. Having lived here for more than 48 years, she feels like a native.
After graduating with honors from San Diego State University with a major in English, she did graduate work and obtained her teaching credentials.
She taught English at Hoover High School and La Jolla High for 15 years. She became chairman of the English Dept, a Master Teacher & Chairman of the Individualized English Skills Program.
In 1982 she moved to Mission Hills and began a new career in real estate sales in 1984. She has been a full-time real estate agent since then & is affiliated with Ascent Real Estate, a new, dynamic company based in Bankers Hill. She is Ascent´s Training Director and is also a condominium specialist with her partner Brad Boswell.
A consistent multi-million dollar producer, Liz has built her success and reputation through her extensive knowledge of the real estate market, her enthusiastic approach, and her unsurpassed professional service.
She resides now in El Cerrito with her husband Jim, Jean Luc (the standard poodle) & Sydney (the beagle). When asked about her plans for retirement, she says "It´s too soon". "As long as I´m still having fun & learning I´m going to continue."
